Refund & Cancellation Policy

Preparation Path memberships are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same day each billing period until you cancel. The renewal date for each plan is shown on your Billing page.

Cancel any time from Billing in your member portal, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. You can also email us and we will cancel on your behalf.

Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not prorate partial months.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a pathway and have not completed a certification, we will refund that first payment in full on request.

Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. If a renewal was charged unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

The Certification Pass is a one-time purchase that generates your certification packet. Because the packet is produced immediately on purchase, it is refundable only if you request a refund before the packet is generated, or if a technical failure prevents it from being issued.

If a renewal payment fails, your membership is marked past due and we retry for a short grace period. If payment is not completed, access to that pathway's paid content is suspended until the balance is settled.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We confirm every refund by email.

Email us from the address on your account with the charge date and the plan name. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
