Account information — name, email address, portal role, and organization where applicable.

Learning activity — course enrollments, lesson and module completions, assessment and simulator responses, scores, and certification status.

Verification evidence — documents or files you upload for specialist review, stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

Payment information — subscription and purchase records. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we receive only limited details such as status, plan, and renewal date.

Support interactions — messages you send to the AI Study Assistant, support cases, and session notes.

Technical data — log and device data generated when you use the platform.

To provide and operate your account and courses; to calculate scores, progress, and program benefits; to process payments and manage memberships; to enable specialist coaching and verification review; to provide support and respond to your requests; to secure the platform and prevent abuse; and to meet legal obligations.

We share personal information with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf, including our payment processor (Stripe), our cloud hosting, database, storage, and authentication provider, and the AI provider that powers the Study Assistant. These providers process data under contract and only to deliver their service.

Certified specialists and, for cohort members, authorized institution staff can see the learning progress and materials associated with your participation. Lending partners receive information only when you explicitly choose to share a certification packet or grant consent.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Your profile includes consent controls governing what is shared with specialists, institutions, and lending partners. You can change these at any time; changes apply going forward.

We keep account, learning, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data; records we must retain by law are kept for the required period.

Access to your data is restricted by authenticated accounts and row-level database authorization, uploads are stored in private buckets reachable only through short-lived signed links, and traffic to the platform is encrypted in transit. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can access and update your profile in the platform, cancel your membership at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data; we honor requests as required by applicable law.

The platform is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We will post updates to this policy here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
